The HIPAA Summit annually applies to the Compliance Certification Board for preapproval of CCB CEUs.

Continuing Legal Education

The HIPAA Summit is an approved Distance Learning Provider for PA MCLE. As such the Summit will submit and pay for claimed CLE credits to PA MCLE for attorneys barred in Pennsylvania. For all other attorneys barred in other states, the Summit will post a record of their attendance at the Forty-Second Virtual National HIPAA Summit in the PA MCLE date bases and will issue a Certificate of Attendance that the attorney may self-report their participation to states seeking CLE credits. The Summit does not guarantee that states will accept the Certificate of Attendance.
