Health Care Conference Administrators, LLC has changed its name to Global Health Care, LLC (GHC, LLC) and now operates the following two separate lines of business "GHC, LLC Health Care" and "GHC, LLC Life Sciences." GHC, LLC Health Care offers healthcare policy and practice conferences. GHC, LLC Life Sciences offers conferences principally focused on legal, compliance and ethical issues for pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology companies.

Health Care Conference Administrators, LLC, was founded in 1997. It has developed, organized and administered conferences, audioconferences, trade shows, courses, customized learning and education and internet-based programming, alone, or in joint venture with or on behalf of sponsoring organizations for over 20 years. It seeks to illuminate complex issues of health care practice and policy by bringing together leading-edge doers and thinkers - from operations to academia, from clinical practice to corporate management, from Main Street to Wall Street and from patient to politician. Since 1997, it has offered conferences and symposia sponsored by over 250 health care associations, organizations and publications and attended by approximately 100,000 registrants.
