Participants who successfully complete the Medical Home Training Program offered in conjunction with the Second National Medical Home Summit are eligible to receive a 15% tuition discount for courses taken as part of the Master of Science in Healthcare Quality and Safety (MS-HQS) degree program offered through Thomas Jefferson University's School of Population Health.
