WASHINGTON DC USA -- HEALTHCARE UPDATE NEWS SERVICE™ -- SEPTEMBER 28, 2023: The Virtual Third National Health Care Transparency & No Surprises Act Summit, www.HCTransparencySummit.com, will take place as a fully virtual event to be broadcast on March 19-22, 2024 and available via video archive for attendee for 12 months thereafter.

Eighteen months after the publication of the first payer rate files and two years after the publication of the hospital rate files, price transparency has already changed the face of the industry. And the implementation, however stop-and-go, of the No Surprises Act, has also had significant effects, including the closing of several companies that owned certain types of provider groups.

New regulations are being issued. Dozens of papers have been published and more to come. Legislation is in the works. January 1, 2024 marks the start of new compliance requirements for hospitals, payers and employers. All at the same time.

The Third National Transparency and No Surprises Act Summit will bring together the nation's top experts to unpack what's going on, what to expect and how to navigate the tectonic shifts in the industry. Mark your calendars now. Speaking proposals are being accepted.
