The Hospital at Home Users Group™ is calling for abstracts for its fourth Annual Meeting: Agile & Ready, taking place virtually on October 27, 2022.
The fourth Hospital at Home Users Group Annual Meeting, Agile and Ready, takes place at a moment of dynamic growth for Hospital at Home. At the same time, the federal Acute Care at Home waiver that has provided a straightforward payment mechanism for these programs faces an uncertain future. Agile and Ready will update program leaders and clinicians on state-of-the-art practice innovations, breaking policy news, and the latest about what is on offer through the Hospital at Home Users Group. Please note: This is a virtual-only conference.
This year's Hospital at Home Users Group Annual Meeting is once again a pre-conference to the in-person American Academy of Home Care Medicine Meeting in Orlando, FL. We hope you will join us.
To contribute to the Users Group Annual Meeting's program, we invite you to submit an abstract in one (or more) of three categories:
- Research
- Clinical Vignette
- Single Practice Innovation
We will be following up with the best abstracts of each category to ask the submitter to present them in a lightning round session at the Annual Meeting, and/or to make a poster available to view during the conference and on our website after the meeting.
Please note that abstracts submitted to the larger AAHCM Annual Meeting and the World Hospital at Home Congress can also be submitted to the HaH Users Group Annual Meeting. Our deadline for submission is 5:00pm ET on Friday, September 2.
