Led by JCPH faculty and industry experts, this next-generation  professional development program provides a comprehensive overview of the tenets of population health, including the key components of creating a population health model/framework.
 Held on Jefferson's downtown campus, the Academy offers 2  programs in 1 - a more intensive and robust 5-day experience (including a new hands-on workshop focused on "Population Health Management and Strategy") or an abbreviated 3-day course, "Population Health Essentials." Attendees have the option to tailor their Academy experience based on their specific needs.
 
 Sessions will include case studies and real-world workplace examples
 Network with and learn from other participants facing similar challenges, share challenges and successes
 Come away with the skills and knowledge to help focus your organization's population health management efforts
 Online access to coursework and materials, available during and for 6-months after the program | 
 
WHO SHOULD ATTEND 
Pop Health Essentials: Clinicians, practitioners, administrators and executives from healthcare related industries, hospital systems, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, employers, insurers and consultants
 Management & Strategy: Clinicians and practitioners who have completed Pop Health Essentials or previous pop health training
