Led by JCPH faculty and industry experts, this next-generation professional development program provides a comprehensive overview of the tenets of population health, including the key components of creating a population health model/framework.
Held on Jefferson's downtown campus, the Academy offers 2 programs in 1 - a more intensive and robust 5-day experience (including a new hands-on workshop focused on "Population Health Management and Strategy") or an abbreviated 3-day course, "Population Health Essentials." Attendees have the option to tailor their Academy experience based on their specific needs.
