WASHINGTON DC USA -- MEDICARE/MEDICAID UPDATE NEWS SERVICE™ -- FEBRUARY 7, 2013: The Eighth National Medicaid Congress, www.MedicaidCongress.com, to be held May 29 - 31, 2013 at the Hyatt Regency Crystal City in the Washington, DC area, today announced that it will feature a special preconference on the morning of May 29 on Managing "Super Utilizers" - AF4Q Sites Adapt the Camden Coalition Model, chaired by Susan Mende, BSN, MPH, Senior Program Officer at the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF). The Foundation is helping six Aligning Forces for Quality (AF4Q) sites adapt the innovative model developed by Dr. Jeff Brenner and the Camden Coalition. The preconference will provide an update on the work of the Camden Coalition, an overview of the RWJF initiative, and progress reports form the participating sites. . The Congress will again be offered both onsite and live over the Internet with a six month archive. Tuition scholarships are available for safety net providers, not-for-profit advocacy groups, and students.
